Sanskrit is the language of
consciousness, the language of the Indian Yogis and Gods.
Mantra their old revelation, practice and form.
This weekend is an introductory
seminar to Vedic Chanting as taught by the Indian
traditions and promoted by the yoga tradition of
Krishnamacharya from Chennai. We will start on a
beginner lever and move to its highest, the experience
of an unfold state of consciousness as further taught by
the Shaivism of Kashmir, the great philosophy on mantra.
Reciting mantras uplifts our consciousness and serves to
practice yogic awareness. Bringing down these teachings
into a modern language with actual practice, this is a
unique opportunity to learn more about yoga, one’s own
voice and self.
